An Evening with Chloe Kimes is a benefit concert to raise money for Ludington Area Center for the Arts (LACA). Enjoy an intimate evening of music from Mason County's own!
Americana singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Chloe Kimes brings an honesty to the stage captivating audiences at first approach. Her restless and poignant lyrics and sweet melodies blend to form a unique musical experience. The Scottville, MI native currently resides in the Nashville, TN area, where she studies songwriting at Middle Tennessee State University and pulls influence from the flourishing Bluegrass/Americana community in Nashville as well as her rootsy Michigan upbringing. Always inspired by the local artists she grew up watching and playing alongside, her organic sincerity is sure to capture and fill her listener’s heart.
Tickets cost $15.00 and proceeds go back to Ludington Area Center for the Arts! LACA is an important contributor to Ludington's art and music community, and an organization that remains close to Chloe's heart. Come join in an evening of celebrating a wonderful organization and supporting the future of Ludington artists and creators.

Pickin' in the Courtyard
Jam sessions are held during the summer months over the lunch hour (11am-1pm) in the courtyard behind the LACA. "Pickin' " moves indoors to the LACA Gallery in the fall and winter months. All musicians are welcome to join in and music lovers are invited to bring a sack lunch and listen in. In addition, an Acoustic Jam is held Wednesday evenings (6pm-8:30pm), in the Gallery space and is open to all interested musicians.
Open Mic Night
Open Mic nights from 7 pm-9 pm with signup at 6:30 pm in the Performance Hall. Held the FIRST and THIRD Fridays of the month. Family-friendly the First Friday and Adult-focused the Third Friday. Free, but donations greatly appreciated. Check LACA calendar for more upcoming dates.

Feldenkrais with Judith Dila
The Feldenkrais Method is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their natural ability to move, think and feel. For more information on schedules and costs 231-510- 5800. Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Fridays at 9:30am. Check our calendar for more details.

The performance hall stage is custom designed to reduce vibration and minimize sound transmission into the theater space, providing acoustic integrity of dance productions of area and regional performers.
The Lakeside Civic Players is the resident theater company of the Ludington Area Center for the Arts. The group fills the stage with dramas, comedies, musicals, and reader’s theater productions in the LACA Performance Hall. Community members are invited to join the ensemble as actors or to work in lighting, set design, production, and choreography.
